Hartland, Wis., March 6, 2024 – C.O.nxt recently welcomed three talented team members to its 100% employee-owned agency. These new hires bring previous experience working with food system-focused marketing agencies and a wide range of expertise, enhancing the agency’s robust team of agriculture and food communicators.

Kendall Harshman joins the team as an Account Executive. Harshman’s extensive background in livestock production and fresh meat marketing make her an exciting addition to the team of agriculture and food experts. She holds a Bachelor of Science in agriculture communications with a minor in agriculture leadership from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Science in agriculture communications from Texas Tech.

Anna Grace Brown joins the team as an Assistant Account Executive. Brown’s proficiency in account coordination and digital marketing as well as her lifelong involvement in the agriculture industry make her an excellent fit for C.O.nxt’s team and clients. Brown holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Business from The University of Tennessee at Martin.

Raizalyn Thompson joins C.O.nxt as a Media Planner and Buyer. Thompson brings an impressive range of media planning expertise to the team, with a strong emphasis on aligning offline and online efforts. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Guam, where she ranked first in her graduating class.
