Insight-driven menu creation (like 54% of patrons say they crave spicy flavors!) allowed us to create a full roster of ideas that paired well with Frank’s portfolio of flavor. From Smoky Honey Buffalo Brussels Sprout Wings to Spicy Shrimp and Scallop Stir Fry, the team helped develop appetizers, entrees, sides, salads and even cocktails with a kick. Our Dare to Pair promotional campaign featured a specific suite of selling tools and incentives for both operators and distributors to keep patrons coming back.
